A Bundesliga derby clash between Wolfsburg and Bayer Leverkusen that will take place at the Volkswagen Arena will see the two sides going after the same goal – European promotion.

On the other hand, the visitors’ ups and downs have made them one of the most unpredictable teams in the German top tier. The Company XI were unable to record two straight Bundesliga wins since the start of the season, and they come into this encounter following a 1-0 home loss to Borussia Monchengladbach. Leverkusen’s indifferent road form (W3, D2, L4) can be a major influence here, especially considering their oscillations on the last five Bundesliga road trips (W2, D1, L2). During that period, Peter Bosz’s men have failed to keep a clean sheet but have hit the net in four games, scoring over 1.5 goals per match twice in the process.
