Winless in their last three Premier League encounters, Newcastle United will welcome an improving Manchester United side to the St James’ Park hoping to repeat last year’s success when they beat the Red Devils by a narrow one-goal margin.

United’s defensive frailties have seen them concede at least two goals per match in three out of the previous six road encounters in the Premier League. However, the Red Devils have scored in each of their ten away clashes this campaign, bagging at least two goals per match six times in the run.
