Getafe will be looking to extend an unbeaten run in their La Liga H2Hs with Deportivo Alaves to four (W1, D3) when the two teams meet at the Estadio Mendizorrotza this weekend.

It’s been a dismal start to the new league season for Alaves so far, as they’ve lost both of their opening La Liga fixtures. In fact, José Bordalás’ men registered a clear majority (71.43%) of their La Liga triumphs last season without conceding a goal (10/14). Moreover, Getafe often tend to win tight when away from home, as 66.67% of their top-flight victories on the road back in 2019/20 came via a single-goal margin (4/6). But, getting on the scoresheet could be quite daunting for the ‘Azulones’ here, considering they’ve drawn a blank in three of their previous four competitive trips to Alaves while scoring only once in the remaining one.
