Bayern Munich lost to TSG Hoffenheim the last time these sides met at the Allianz Arena and will be looking to return the favor when they lock horns in the third round of the DFB Pokal this midweek.

The abovementioned defeat has been Bayern’s only reverse in their previous 12 competitive home H2Hs with Hoffenheim (W9, D2, L1), with each of their nine previous wins in such matchups seeing them put two goals or more past their visitors.
