Atletico Madrid and Mallorca go head-to-head at the Wanda Metropolitano this week in what might as well be a low-scoring La Liga contest. Indeed, four of their five previous top-flight H2Hs have featured under 2.5 goals, including the last three.

Unbeaten in 11 consecutive La Liga outings (W6, D5), Atletico go into this encounter on the back of a 2-2 away draw with Barcelona that has marked an 11 straight league game in which Diego Simeone’s side managed to find the net. Also, the Wanda Metropolitano has been somewhat a stronghold this season, as Los Colchoneros lost only one of 16 La Liga fixtures held here (W10, D5) and conceded a league second-low ten goals. Additionally, Mallorca have lost all four of their previous trips to the current top-seven sides, with three of those defeats yielding a multiple-goal margin.
